Principal Responsibilities

  • Support on a range of corporate communications and marketing activities, including production of social media content and development of marketing assets

  • Assist the content team to develop materials in Chinese and English in various formats including text, infographics, podcasts and videos. Part of the work will involve translation between the two languages.

  • Manage social media channels for corporate clients (LinkedIn in particular). Leverage existing media relationships across broadcast, traditional, and online platforms to secure prominent placements

  • Work with different members of the team to support on multiple marketing and communications projects

  • Support on media engagement, events and related materials including press releases

  • Research of developing issues and disseminating this internally and to clients

Requirements

  • Good writing skills in both English and Chinese

  • Native mandarin speakers will be welcomed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably with a major in one or more of the following fields: English, translation, communications, marketing, PR

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing communications, translation or PR field is preferred; less experienced candidates with high proficiency in both Chinese and English will also be considered

  • A responsible, well organised and detail-oriented team player

  • Willing to work in a growing company with a multi-cultural team

  • Understanding of the local media landscape is a plus

  • Basic desktop graphic design skills a plus

  • Candidates who have less experience may also be considered for a junior role
